These documents often include domain-specific terminology, industry jargon, and abbreviations, making manual interpretation time-consuming and error-prone. On average, it takes over two days to standardize a single document, and operator inconsistency or human error can result in missed order details and reduced standardization quality.
Approach
Domain-specific knowledge related to customer order requests was systematically documented, and specialized Large Language Models (LLMs) were applied to develop AI agents with deep industry understanding. The resulting system automatically generates standardized documents from a wide range of customer order forms.

By automating the generation of standardized TDC drafts, the AI agent reduced processing time by up to 60%. It minimized operator variation and human error, enabled parallel processing of multiple documents, and significantly improved operational efficiency.
